Newstripe’s AeroVent 3, aerosol can puncturing and draining machine quickly punctures and drains up to three aerosol cans at one time reducing the cost of hazardous waste disposal.
The AeroVent 3 is:
Fast and Simple to Use. The AeroVent 3 is the only aerosol can disposal machine that punctures and drains three cans at a time making it the fastest available. Simply open the lid and place the cans in the machine. Then close the lid with the convenient handle/clamp. This automatically seals the chamber and punctures the aerosol cans at the same time. Wait 10-15 seconds for the pressure and liquids to evacuate. Open the lid and remove the cans - It is that simple!
Economical. The AeroVent 3 aerosol can disposal machine will quickly pay for itself. You eliminate the very high cost of hazardous waste disposal and you can actually make money by selling the processed aerosol cans as recyclable scrap metal.
Safe. The AeroVents' unique design totally seal the chamber and push the cans onto the non-sparking cobalt bit with one stroke - no maneuvering a special clamp or cover for each can and no o-rings to wear out and cause leakage. Also, the interior components and cobalt piercing bits are designed for safety. Drained fluids are collected in the enclosed drum for later disposal and an activated carbon filter is screwed into the barrel's small bung opening to absorb VOC's and harmful vapors. The replaceable carbon filter is a cartridge design and is easily changed. Each filter can handle up to 600 aerosol cans before changing is required.
Versatile. One AeroVent aerosol can disposal system can handle all your different can sizes up to 3" in diameter. Use it for aerosol paint cans plus lubricants, fixative and adhesives.
Environmentally Friendly. Under EPA guidelines 40CFR 261-268 the processed aerosol cans may now be disposed of a non-hazardous waste (thrown into the dumpster) or recycled and sold (profits) as scrap metal.
Rugged. Manufactured from electrical arc welded structural steel and industrial grade components the AeroVents are virtually indestructible. They are backed by an 36 month warranty, the longest in the industry.
